How do we start the planning:
I was thrilled they found me and chose me to organise the birthday event in Budapest. The client sent me an email two months before his birthday weekend and asked me to help him organise his 40th birthday in Budapest. We had many organisational tasks, and the client had ideas, but changes were made during the event planning process. In addition, we had time pressure because decisions had to be made quickly due to the closeness of the date.
Visiting the venues
Before the event, my client and his lovely wife travelled to Budapest for approx. one month before the birthday weekend. We looked at all possible options, met every service provider and discussed the details. And then they had to decide more quickly where and what they wanted. A rural wine-tasting program was also planned, but Budapest was the only location.
3-day birthday event in Budapest
Among other things, they chose the beautiful Parisi Udvar, where guests arriving from the hotel were welcomed by live music.
On Saturday, the Leo Sky Bar hosted the celebration. Finally, on Sunday, the birthday party ended in the Bárkert Bistro, preceded by a more active Trabantura with Lángos and Chimney cake.
I enjoyed this event, and I trust that a similar request will come and that we will organise an unforgettable birthday event with my team. Or be it any occasion event.
Lots of laughter, joy and no stress if we don’t get to the venue on time. 😀
