How long was the wedding planning process

I look at all my events with great pleasure, especially this one. The Slovenian couple fell in love with the wonderful Budapest. They contacted me seven months before the wedding day to help organise their intimate, symbolic wedding celebration in Budapest. After the ceremony, they entrusted me with everything about it, resulting in a beautiful rainbow appearing in the sky.

Wedding planning tasks

Finding the wedding venue, wedding decorator, symbolic leader of the wedding ceremony, what should be the text for the ceremony, what should be the music, what should be the food that will be served and arrange other details if it rains and we cannot hold the ceremony outside. 

So we need plans A, B, C, and sometimes D. In this case, a plan D was implemented. We could also hold the ceremony on the outside terrace, but the dinner will be inside the restaurant due to the changeable weather. Originally, we would have held the dinner outside, where we also planned the ceremony. The couple and the guests were happy; at least, that’s the feedback we got. 🙂

This was a wedding for only nine people, but you have to realise that even in this case, there are a lot of tasks and things to do, as if I were to organise a wedding with a more significant number of people.
