Business event planning in Budapest
It is always a pleasure when foreign clients find us and ask for help making their event memorable.
We organized this business event in almost two months, and one of my main tasks was to find the venue that best suited the client’s ideas and event concept.
Event planner tasks
After collecting venue ideas and price offers, we toured the locations in Budapest for two days with the client. Finally, the decision was made to go to the Aranybástya Restaurant, which offers a fantastic view, perfect service, and excellent food.
This was the most important thing to find, and then all other details were discussed and organized afterward, such as the event schedule or the kind of food, drinks, seating plan, decoration, and performers.
